Growing up in a Mediterranean country meant I was eating, living, and breathing Mediterranean long before the Mediterranean Diet became a household name.
Some of my childhood food memories include picking sweet juicy figs from our tree, sharing olive oil and flat bread with my family, and eating deliciously ripe tomatoes for breakfast.
I'd love to share my passion and expertise to help you eat like a Mediterranean and boost your health and well-being. Together, we can create a nutrition plan that works for you.
I have a special interest in heart health, breast cancer, and plant-based diets.
