Prior to your initial consultation I will ask you to complete a 3 days food journal and a simple diet questionnaire.

The initial nutrition consultation typically takes 75 minutes and includes:

  • Taking a thorough medical and health history

  • Reviewing your current dietary pattern, medications and nutritional supplements

  • Discussing any current and relevant blood test results

  • An explanation of how your dietary and lifestyle habits may be contributing to your health concerns

  • Setting goals

  • Providing you with some foundational nutritional advice to follow based on your case review

During your first follow up I will provide:

  • A printed analysis of your current diet, including explanation of your current eating patterns and areas to improve

  • An in-depth foundational 7-day meal plan – that you can easily follow

During subsequent follow up I will:

  • Monitor your response to the meal plan

  • Adjust plan based on your level of responsiveness

  • Review your new food journal and resolve any issues that arise

  • Help keep you on track

  • Listen to the areas where you might slip back and give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed in your aims.
